Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Lead architectural design and project planning
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and team members
- Strong design and technical skills with attention to detail
Desirable / Bonus Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design and green building practices
- Knowledge of construction methods, material selection, and cost estimation
- Exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional projects
